Purpose and Scope:
-
Studies and interprets the impact on finances of
various external factors, such as economic
conditions, new legislation, and state and federal
funding changes.

Performs specific functions of financial analysis,
forecasting, planning and analyses of forecasts and
recommends for funding

Participates in the preparation, development and
monitoring of the departmental annual budget.

Prepares cost analyses of projects or studies

Purpose and Scope:

Supervise the planning, development and conduct of
assessment procedures in order to identify and

ROTATING MACHINERY ENGINEERING SECTION LEADER
Purpose and Scope:
-
Provide technical input to the decision-making
process for major/strategic decisions affecting the
selection and procurement of major machinery
equipment.

provide engineering excellencies to various projects
and company assets to insure quality is being
maintained.

Provide technical advise during projects execution
phases.
-
Ensure technical standards are followed in the
department/operation as appropriate to the
discipline.

Provide technical oversight of the major machinery
selection and operation procedures to ensure
compliance with integrity standards and business
objectives.

Specification and selection of various machinery
equipment (pumps, turbines, compressors, seals,

the rotating machinery engineering section and
contribute to the technical development of its

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years experience in rotating machinery
field. 5 years of which in the oil and gas industry
focusing on rotating machinery activities. The
experience shall cover operation support,
engineering and projects activities.

Ability to handle technical challenges while being
independent, creative and innovative.

Should be competent in utilizing standard
engineering as used in the industry.

Minimum Requirements:

- Good
theoretical and practical knowledge on Fire & Gas
system such as thorn 1700, RS Gent 2 to 8 zone fire
panels, How modular rack fire & gas system
addressable fire alarm systems, VESDA incipient
smoke air sampling detection system & Hermis CCTV
cameras and monitors.
- Four
years practical experience in fault diagnoses,
trouble shooting & maintenance of fire gas devices.
Basic knowledge about communication protocols, Allen
Bradley 5/20, 5/80 PLC & GE Fanuc 90-70 PLC, genius
block systems experience will be advantageous.

ENGINEER
Purpose and Scope:

Carries out the preparation and
finalization of project budgets, project planning
and scheduling. Manages schedule and cost risk
assessment sessions and develops risk simulation

Develops the Project Master
Schedule for all the Projects of COMPANY covering
all stages of the project life cycle etc. I.e.

MAINTENANCE DATA
ENGINEER
Purpose and Scope:
-
The “Maintenance Engineer (Data
Management)’ function is a Business/Technical
oriented role within the Maintenance System Support
and the 3MS Project Teams who is fully conversant
with the MAXIMO 4.11, 5.2 and MXES database
structures and is experienced in data collection and
data migration methodology, functionality of all
relevant MAXIMO Operations and Maintenance
applications. The ME(DM) is required to analyze all
major tables and identify any customizations done to
version 4.11 and any future version and to be
familiar with all relevant documentation, associated
modifications and changes to the base applications.
In addition, the ME(DM)) will be required to:

· Recommend the
best method of customization removal and suggest
alternative means of accomplishing Company’s Asset,
Work and Supply Chain Management business
requirements using standard functionality inherent
in the base version of the MXES product.

for the Maintenance Planning Units on Maintenance
and operations related business

for 3MS Project Teams and other Senior Support
Engineers and department Senior Operations Engineers

SENIOR CORROSION & MATERIALS ENGINEER
Purpose and Scope:
-
The job holder must
have broad focus on particular discipline problems,
limited focus on multidisciplinary issues,
Analytical and diagnosis involvement
audit/inspection results. A major part of this job
is the liaison with other departments for logistical
support and initiation of remedial action. The job
holder will interact with external departments and
contractors, recommend/promote various corrosion
control/inspection techniques for relevant
situations to optimize operations and enhance asset
integrity, safety and cost effectiveness. Issues are
to be discussed/ debated with supervision while
incumbent will receive guidance and support from
more senior professionals.

OPTIMIZATION MANAGER
Purpose and Scope:
-
Utilizes the corporate enterprise resource planning
(ERP) system to synchronize maintenance scheduling
of fields & terminal in order to minimize shutdown
frequencies, improve reliability and optimize
availability of equipment & facilities.

Utilizes PIES system and SPARK model to synchronize
fields' production activities in order to improve
product availability.
-
Collates fields' and terminal's balanced scorecards
(BSC), develops the operation function's BSC and
presents the same to operations management team;
highlighting warnings/deviations and recommending
corrective actions.

Coordinates and ensures all fields trials
requirements are carried out in line with company

SENIOR LAB ENGINEER
Purpose and Scope:
-
Directs and plans the activities
of assigned personnel in the mud and cement
laboratory. Performs supervisory functions and
exercises financial authority at the level
established for the position.
-
Reviews and analyses work
progress ensuring that the set procedures and
programs are being executed efficiently. Anticipates
work requirements and ensures that laboratory tests
are done ahead of time for the operations execution.

Coordinates with Mud & Cement
Team Leaders in COMPANY'S the testing requirements
to cover the drilling operations.

Designs and recommends cement
slurry formulation for use in primary and remedial
cementation.

Sets and recommends
specification and standards for mud and cement
additives. Performs necessary laboratory tests to
confirm suitability of products for use in the
operations. Ensure quality control of mud chemicals
before delivery (pre-lifting check) to store/ rigs.

Directs the experimental
evaluation testing procedures and approves
laboratory reports.

Performs related studies on
cement, mud and completion fluids and evaluates new
products and techniques proposed by service
companies to ensure acceptable standards.

Attends the laboratory at
irregular hours an on call basis to carry out
testing/analysis of the Mud & Cement products to
meet urgent operational requests.

Ensures that he mud and cement
laboratory is maintained in safe and efficient
working order.

Knows the Company Health, Safety
and Environment Policy, Procedures, Regulations and
Objectives as they relate to his area of
responsibility. Ensures that work under his control
is performed in a safe and environmentally sound
manner. Conducts effective accident investigation
and follow up. Implements specific Safety Management
System Programme activities assigned to him.
Minimum Requirements:
-
B.Sc degree in chemistry or
related science / engineering discipline.
-
10 years experience in
laboratory work related to Drilling & Work over
operations of which at least 6 years in a
supervisory position.
-
Excellent knowledge of English.
