Purpose and Scope:
- To
maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot and ensure that
correct performance and accuracy of the various
types of analyzers installed in the plant and

calibration, troubleshooting and shutdown
maintenance activities on various types of plant and
laboratory analyzers.
- To
comply with all company Health, Safety and
Environment as well as work permit, policies and

prepare and maintain the required chemicals and
support gases for the operation and calibration of
the analyzers.

update equipment database with activity reports and
maintenance information.
- To
participate and contribute in the development &

analyzer reliability, by working closely with the
operations, crafts and support personnel.

assist to review proposals and specifications for
new and modification of existing installations and
provide recommendations.
- To
maintain the analyzers to high levels of efficiency
and accuracy of the analyzers at all the times, to
ensure the lowest possible pollution levels and
protection of the environment.

training programs for UAE Nationalization.

MAXIMO COORDINATOR - RELIABILITY SECTION
Purpose and Scope:
-
To provide support and
training for the MAXIMO Computerized Maintenance
Management System (CMMS), for planning, tracking and
management of plant equipment maintenance
activities.
-
The Maximo End User Support
Coordinator reports to the (Senior) Reliability
Engineer. The MAXIMO system enables the recording,
tracking and management of preventive, corrective
and troubleshooting maintenance activities, as well
as data on plans, schedules, reports, materials, and
purchasing and contract information.
-
To support full
utilization of the Maximo CMMS system for planning
and maintenance activities and related cost control
features.
-
To ensure data quality
control of the MAXIMO system databases.
-
To comply with all
company Health, Safety and Environment as well as
Work Permit, policies and procedures.
-
To assist users in the
methods for entering and configuring the data.
-
To train users in the
functions, application and operation of the MAXIMO
System
-
To train users in the
functions and operation of other associated software
such as Crystal Report Writer and MS Project.

To provide on job
training for MAXIMO end users and Basic Training for
new users.

To assist users in
their day-to-day system queries, and advise on new
developments and procedures.

To maintain a list of
users’ problems and provide solutions.

maintenance on the system static data, records and

information and design new reports as requested

Manage and review all

ELECTRICAL CC
TECHNICIAN
Purpose and Scope:
-
Carries out under
supervision, a variety of maintenance and repair
work on various electrical equipment or systems.
-
Isolation of
Electrical Equipments up to 380 Volts and for 6.6 KV
on specific instruction (if authorized).
-
Receive instructions
together with dimensional sketches and wring plants,
inspect circuits or appliances and determine extent
of work required and prepare and assemble tools,
materials and measuring equipment.
-
Under the guidance of
a Senior Technician, diagnose wiring or equipment
fault using various electrical measuring instrument,
refereeing to wiring plans as necessary; locate
cable fault and arrange for repair, checking and
connection point are capable of withstanding
capacity voltages. Dismantle electrical equipment
and replace or repair parts, test insulation and
reassemble making proper internal and external
connections.

Carries out scheduled
preventive and routine maintenance and functional
tests on all electrical equipment in accordance with
maintenance procedures.
-
Reports completion of
work to Sr. Technician/Supervisor and assist in
final testing as instructed.
-
Ensures that all
regulatory and safety devices, such as fuses,
circuit breakers, etc., are properly installed.
Strictly observe Company Electrical Procedures, Fire
HSE regulations, ensuring areas are clearly marked
and sealed off, and that the appropriate safety and
work permits have been obtained.

Maintains tools and
equipment in a serviceable conditions, practice good
house-keeping in the workshop and on sites.
-
Ensures all
maintenance activities are conducted within company
standing instruction and procedures and good oil
industry practices.
Minimum Requirements:

Completion of
Secondary Technical Education (12 years) with
electrical option, plus direct vocational training
(2 years).
-
3-4 Years experience
in Electrical maintenance and repair work,
preferably in large oil or petrochemical operation.

Purpose and Scope:

Undertake the maintenance, calibration and repair of
process control and data acquisition equipment,
excluding telesystems, in accordance with correct

with wiring plans and diagrams from supervisor,

MAINTENANCE DATA
ENGINEER
Purpose and Scope:
-
The “Maintenance Engineer (Data
Management)’ function is a Business/Technical
oriented role within the Maintenance System Support
and the 3MS Project Teams who is fully conversant
with the MAXIMO 4.11, 5.2 and MXES database
structures and is experienced in data collection and
data migration methodology, functionality of all
relevant MAXIMO Operations and Maintenance
applications. The ME(DM) is required to analyze all
major tables and identify any customizations done to
version 4.11 and any future version and to be
familiar with all relevant documentation, associated
modifications and changes to the base applications.
In addition, the ME(DM)) will be required to:

· Recommend the
best method of customization removal and suggest
alternative means of accomplishing Company’s Asset,
Work and Supply Chain Management business
requirements using standard functionality inherent
in the base version of the MXES product.

· Provides support
for the Maintenance Planning Units on Maintenance
and operations related business

· Provide support
for 3MS Project Teams and other Senior Support
Engineers and department Senior Operations Engineers
related to the maintenance system and business as
and when necessary.

· Assist the DBA
and Report Writer in analyzing and modifications to
existing reports to meet the new Asset Management
strategy.

development of standard SQL queries and new KPI

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in
Computer science and current certification as an
Oracle database administrator or equivalent in
education and experience

Total of six years of
Oil & Gas Industry business experience. Five years
recent training in current technology subject,
including expert knowledge of IT systems, relational
database structure, major standard desktop PC
software packages.

Proficient in Oracle &
Access Programming, Windows NT Server, Office 2000,
2003 or XP products. (Ms Excel, Ms Access, Ms Word,
Ms PowerPoint, Ms exchange, internet explorer,
etc.).

SENIOR CORROSION & MATERIALS ENGINEER
Purpose and Scope:
-
The job holder must
have broad focus on particular discipline problems,
limited focus on multidisciplinary issues,
Analytical and diagnosis involvement
audit/inspection results. A major part of this job
is the liaison with other departments for logistical
support and initiation of remedial action. The job
holder will interact with external departments and
contractors, recommend/promote various corrosion
control/inspection techniques for relevant
situations to optimize operations and enhance asset
integrity, safety and cost effectiveness. Issues are
to be discussed/ debated with supervision while
incumbent will receive guidance and support from
more senior professionals.

Incumbent in this level will be
expected to perform key tasks such as the following:

Implement Corrosion Control/Inspection programs,
involving pre-commissioning/live equipment
inspection. Recommend corrective action.

MAINTENANCE
OPTIMIZATION MANAGER
Purpose and Scope:
-
Utilizes the corporate enterprise resource planning
(ERP) system to synchronize maintenance scheduling
of fields & terminal in order to minimize shutdown
frequencies, improve reliability and optimize
availability of equipment & facilities.

Utilizes PIES system and SPARK model to synchronize
fields' production activities in order to improve
product availability.
-
Collates fields' and terminal's balanced scorecards
(BSC), develops the operation function's BSC and
presents the same to operations management team;
highlighting warnings/deviations and recommending
corrective actions.

Coordinates and ensures all fields trials
requirements are carried out in line with company
procedures.
Minimum Requirements:

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

International certification in Reliability Centered
Maintenance or equivalent.
- 15
years in oil & gas industry (Field based).

SENIOR LAB ENGINEER
Purpose and Scope:
-
Directs and plans the activities
of assigned personnel in the mud and cement
laboratory. Performs supervisory functions and
exercises financial authority at the level
established for the position.
-
Reviews and analyses work
progress ensuring that the set procedures and
programs are being executed efficiently. Anticipates
work requirements and ensures that laboratory tests
are done ahead of time for the operations execution.

Coordinates with Mud & Cement
Team Leaders in COMPANY'S the testing requirements
to cover the drilling operations.
-
Designs and recommends cement
slurry formulation for use in primary and remedial
cementation.
-
Sets and recommends
specification and standards for mud and cement
additives. Performs necessary laboratory tests to
confirm suitability of products for use in the
operations. Ensure quality control of mud chemicals
before delivery (pre-lifting check) to store/ rigs.
-
Directs the experimental
evaluation testing procedures and approves
laboratory reports.
-
Performs related studies on
cement, mud and completion fluids and evaluates new
products and techniques proposed by service
companies to ensure acceptable standards.
-
Attends the laboratory at
irregular hours an on call basis to carry out
testing/analysis of the Mud & Cement products to
meet urgent operational requests.
-
Ensures that he mud and cement
laboratory is maintained in safe and efficient
working order.
-
Knows the Company Health, Safety
and Environment Policy, Procedures, Regulations and
Objectives as they relate to his area of
responsibility. Ensures that work under his control
is performed in a safe and environmentally sound
manner. Conducts effective accident investigation
and follow up. Implements specific Safety Management
System Programme activities assigned to him.
Minimum Requirements:

related science / engineering discipline.

laboratory work related to Drilling & Work over
operations of which at least 6 years in a
