Our standard approach to a
permanent recruitment assignment is as follows:
Arrange a meeting with you and any other key team members
relevant to the role to discuss the job description and your
requirements.
Search through our current database of available candidates who
have placed their CV with CARE.
Prepare an advertisement and place it in agreed publications and
our website
Receive and respond to all applications and inquiries.
Review applications and establish an initial short-List of
candidates to be interviewed.
Devise an interview structure, conduct interviews and relevant
aptitude assessments eg. MS Office, Typing (Only for
Administration Support)
Prepare reports on the final short-listed group and present to
you.
Organize interviews between you and the short-listed candidates,
(Should you require us to assist you with this interview process
we would be happy to do so).
Present your offer to the successful candidate and assist with
any negotiations.
Advise unsuccessful candidates.
We are happy to adjust our service to best suit your
requirements, and can add or reduce parts of this service. Our
consultant will be happy to discuss this with you at an initial
meeting.
